Family. (Monsey NY Family Photography)
August 10, 2010We were driving home from the session singing in the car our own off key version of 99 bottles of beer on the wall. My kids. My husband. My family. All of us giggling hopelessly. We were up to 66 when the thought struck me. I love my family. Yeah, well, duh. (roll eyes.) But seriously, I love how we are all such unique individuals and how we mesh together to create one whole.
And that got me thinking about how lucky I am that I get to peek into the lives of other families. How connected I get and how awed I am to see the dynamics and personalities weld into one fantastic unity.
This family was especially rewarding. I feel so blessed that they gave me the opportunity to step into their lives for a bit and get to photograph and document with art who they are both individually and together as a family. C Family you are all so beautiful both inside and out. Thank you for allowing me to capture just a slice of it. I can’t wait to show you all the rest of what we created together.
